His expertise includes risk assessment, fire safety management, and regulatory compliance, alongside workforce development through accredited training and assessments. Tendai promotes a collaborative leadership style and is dedicated to advancing health and safety practices beyond mere compliance towards sustainable improvements.

He is a Chartered Member of IOSH and leads fire safety consultancy services, offering expert advice on fire risk assessments and compliance with legislation. Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)
Kumbi is an experienced Internal Quality Assurer specializing in occupational health and safety, ensuring the integrity and credibility of assessment decisions for NVQ and competency-based programs. He plans and implements internal quality assurance activities, including sampling learner evidence and standardizing assessors to uphold fair and reliable assessments. Collaborating with trainers and management, Kumbi ensures compliance with regulatory standards and prepares for External Quality Assurance visits, while maintaining precise quality records.
