The IOSH Managing Safely®️ Refresher course covers risk assessments, as well as health and safety legislation, providing a recap of key course content for candidates. IOSH recommends that a refresher course is taken within three years of completing the full Managing Safely®️ course.

What is the IOSH Managing Safely®️ Refresher?

The IOSH Managing Safely®️ Refresher training course provides staff in managerial positions with a recap of the core elements of IOSH Managing Safely®️. This includes how to identify, evaluate, and control workplace risks, and how to assess and enhance safety systems and strategies in the workplace.

Candidates will gain confidence in promoting proper safety practices and reflect on their implementation since completing their initial training. The course also provides updates on changes to legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
