The ProQual Level 4 Award in Advanced Fire Risk Assessment is a nationally recognised qualification designed for professionals
who assess fire risks in high-risk buildings. This programme strengthens your knowledge, skills and professional behaviours in line with BS 8674 – Built Environment: Framework for Competence of Individual Fire Risk Assessors.
Through two mandatory units—Principles and Practice of Advanced Fire Risk Assessment—learners gain the competence to undertake complex assessments in environments with increased hazards, such as multi-storey residential buildings, large commercial properties, healthcare facilities, heritage sites, and buildings with complex escape
arrangements.

Entry Requirements

- Be in a role that provides access to high-risk FRA activities (or simulation supported by a centre)
- Evidence of prior learning or experience will be reviewed during an initial assessment.
