Qualsafe Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF)
Introduction
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides learners with a basic introduction to health and safety in the workplace, including the role that everyone plays in maintaining a safe working environment.
Overview
During this half day course, learners will develop a basic knowledge of health and safety issues such as: hazards and risks in the workplace, workplace conditions that can affect health and safety, and the requirements for workplace procedures.
Intended Audience
The Qualsafe Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF) has been designed for all employees working in any workplace, to help raise their awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
Assessment Methods
- 1 x 15 Multiple Choice Question Paper (Theory assessment).
Certification
Successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF) e-Certificate immediately after their results have been submitted, subject to a Centre’s Direct Claims Status and any required actions.
