Course description

Workplace aggression, violence, and bullying can cause severe psychological and physical harm, lower morale, and reduce productivity. This course provides learners with the awareness and confidence to identify inappropriate behaviour, understand their legal and social responsibilities, and apply strategies to handle conflicts appropriately. Through real-life scenarios and interactive content, learners will build the skills necessary to foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment.

Violence, aggression, and bullying are not limited to physical acts — they also encompass verbal abuse, intimidation, cyberbullying, and psychological manipulation. These behaviours can severely impact mental wellbeing, lead to legal implications, and damage the workplace culture.

This course, developed by experienced HSE consultants at SEITECH International, aims to build awareness of the signs, risks, and consequences of these behaviours, and how to manage or report incidents effectively.

It aligns with UK legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Equality Act 2010, and guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
